FEMA:Louisiana Transitional Recovery Office. FEMA. Web. 28 Sept. 2009.
The Louisiana Transitional Recovery Office section of FEMA was specifically created to
aide New Orleans in recovering from Hurricane Katrina. The FEMA website gives detailed information about the funding and actions taken to restore New Orleans pre-Katrina. The website is very precise in the exact amount of funds used and is also well regulated because it is a government run site and program. The source is however possibly questionable because the government has received so much criticism over its aide to Katrina so the site may raise numbers in order to make the government look better.

However the source is potentially questionable because the government has received a plethora of criticism over its aide to the affected area. Therefore the site may raise numbers in order to better portray the government’s role and be biased as to the type and range of information they choose to disclose.
